Worst service as always

I was disappointed by the treatment I constantly get at Protea Glen Mall, I will just state the recent one, I have a tym bank account and I once deposited R15000 on this account when I opened this account and they took it but it becomes a problem to withdraw R830, The cashier who was in till number 4 on Friday at round about 10 past 10 told me that she does not have money, and she called Azwindini who is apparently the supervisor, and she showed me 2 woman who were also waiting next to other cashiers that those people are also waiting to withdraw, I should also wait. While I was waiting she leaves her station to take back the things that were left by the customers, and while I was waiting then the person leaves her station😡😡😡😡😡and leaves me standing like a fool nxa, then I went to her and told her that you leaving your station moes, with an attitude she said I'm Goin to liquor moes, I followed her to liquor and she did not even look at me instead after serving few customers a guy came to withdraw and she gave him the money, NXA sies Soweto or should I say loxion services are disgusting, please make sure that you hire people with good customer services skills and who are willing to help or work with people.
