Worst service and store ever

We recently had the misfortune of visiting your Ilanga Mall Pick&Pay.

Apart from extremely rude and unhelpful staff there was only 2 cashiers available at 11.30am, with client's queuing for extended periods of 30 minutes and more.

The packers were busy stocking the shelves and there was no room to move in the isles as they blocked the way, not having a care in the world. The variety of in store products was so limited and we left with only half our needed groceries, all quite basic items. Also the cigarette counter was not manned and we were advised by a staff member to go elsewhere. A very unhappy client made a terrible scene and basically shoved the trolley across the store because of the terrible service.

Pick&Pay will definitely not see me ever again, and I strongly suggest that you investigate all the Mbombela stores.

For a brand of your caliber this is a shame.
