Worst service

Worst service ever, I brought a 50 inch Tv online on PnP Home and was told the product is out of stock but I never received the reserved money, I've been calling and calling and calling but not receiving any help.....They keep on telling me the money was reversed but nothing........ Never ever use their online shopping platform....
