Worst Service

Horrible Service and Unacceptable Delays!

I am extremely frustrated with the service from Pick n Pay ASAP. I placed an order and waited for 2 hours, only to receive no delivery and no updates. When I contacted customer service, they told me I would have to wait up to 7 days for my refund. This is completely unacceptable!

The lack of communication and the lengthy delay have caused significant inconvenience, and it's clear there’s a serious issue with their delivery system. I am disappointed by the poor service and would not recommend using this service again.
