Worst service

I don’t know how folks shop at pick ‘n pay Carlton centre. In a nutshell, the worst service ever received from a retailer. I think the staff there thinks that they’re doing us a favour by doing what they’re employed for, to provide a service. I had to wait for cashier to finish her conversation with guy and to my amazement it was not work related because I had to listen on it while chatted and laughed their selves away. It took probably five to seven minutes. I’m so livid because when you complain it falls on deaf ears. Manager cover up for them so reporting these matters seems to be a waste of time. Are they not aware that they’re pushing us to do online shopping and would be the end of their jobs? Enjoy it while it last.
