worst service

Hi Pick N Pay (ASAP)

Please advice on your delivery turn around time. I am confused by the name of your mobile since its called Pick N Pay (ASAP) so, please advised why would someone order something from your app and pay R35 delivery fee then your tell him that he will receive his good tomorrow.

I been waiting for a delivery since 2:40pm and it's 6:10pm but I am still waiting for delivery. At my surprise you app tells me that i will get tomorrow. I realize that you have removed the chats service because you customer service advisors hardly respond any.

As pick N Pay do you think it's reasonable to be providing such terrible customer experience.

I really don't think this app business is not work...
