Worst service

I was at pick n pay Dobsonville yesterday and I wanted to buy and also get a cash back and I got turned away by the cashier telling me that the money in store was for the elderly, now what I do not understand is that yes senior citizens get first preference but to be turned away as a regular customer is bizzare please look into it as this is not fair as we are also customers...
