Worst Run PNP Market in the Northern Suburbs (IMO)

I want to complain about the PNP Hypermarket for a long time. I used to do my shopping there once a week. I shop for an old age home. So, my trolley(s) is worth approx R 4500 at current prices.
However, shopping there has become extremely unpleasant. The staff is unhelpful, sometimes even rude. There are approx. 30 tills but only 4 or 5 are actually open. So long waiting periods are the rule.
However, the straw that broke the camels back for me was the recent restructuring of the entire market. Items from one end were moved to the other. The store is big and it takes time to get used to a certain lay-out. Initially, the new structure didn't even make sense. One part of the pet food was on one end, the rest on the other. This is the second time in 12 months that this has happened. If you ask the floor staff, they even don't know where certain items are to be found. I asked them why this reorganising was necessary again. Nobody could give me a plausible explanation other than it was the GM's decision.
Anyway, I have decided to shop at a PNP Family Market nearby. I pay a little more but get better service and don't have to deal with demotivated till attendants. Regards J. Liebing
