Worst retailer in the world

Used the asap app today and what a joke. I only bought 1 item, it was not in stock so I selected an alternative and it was out of stock as well (not notifying me up front). Now the order is complete, I am not getting anything delivered but they took R25 delivery fee and the driver's tip as well, FOR NOTHING!!!

So I decided to buy the item from the store, got the item and started standing in queue. There was already a big queue and only 3 tills open. After 15 minutes where I have not moved a single place I decide to leave. The most shocking part of this experience is there were 5 Pick n Pay employees standing by the cigarette kiosk looking at their phones while the queue just grew longer. Absolutely pathetic and I will never use that ASAP app or go into their stores again.

In contrast with Checkers, the 60Sixty app has never taken longer than 40 minutes to deliver where I have used the asap app twice in the past and both times took more than 4 hours. Only after I sent a message stating I want to cancel my order did it suddenly get delivery in 15 minutes.

Your apps *****s money (paying delivery charges and tips for not making a delivery) and your people are lazy and customer service is something you have to get elsewhere.

I do not write this review to get anything sorted out, you stole my money and I learned a lesson (knew before I placed the order I should not use the app). I am just warning everyone on every platform I can find how pathetic you guys are these days.
