Worst PNP ever

Northgate PNP are pathetic, every time I visit the store and that is once a week as my parents are in that area - You always get attitude from the staff, apparently no managers on sight, they have stock but when asked they say that there isn't stock. Its just problems over problems, It is the worst PNP ever. I shop at Lonehill and Fourways mall regularly and never have such dreadful service, to top it up when you get frustrated to a point where you use the word Sh**ty service you get told by a manager that you should watch your tone even though you give him and show him the evidence of how bad his staff and service is. PNP thinks they doing people favors but we are paying customers and should not have to be treated like we are worthless. I have never experienced such bad service in all my time of shopping at other PNP's. Northgate needs to do a clean sweep and re-evaluate staff otherwise they going to be losing alot of valued customers. Coming from a customer service environment myself and being a manager to me it seems as if PNP just employees for the sake and not to uphold the service criteria. I even have name of the people I dealt with this weekend and trust me the lies just went from one thing to the next and then when I proved my point, the manager conveniently said he will deal with the staff and by the way that took an hour of arguing prior to any resolution, an hour I wont get back.
