Worst oxtail at pick n pay!!!!!!

I bought 2 packs of oxtail at pick n pay Springs Mall for R250 on Sunday 28 September 2025. I cooked them in a potjie for 4 hours. When we sat down for supper i discovered that the oxtail was only bone and senu with hardly any meat on to eat. This was a big disappointment as it was a very special day for this potjie. I expect Pick and pay to call me on *** and reimburse me for this inconvenience! They should not put meat like this on the shelve as this it is not even fit to feed the dogs! I will never buy OXTAIL from any Pick n Pay outlet again. What a disappointment! Sies Pick n Pay
