WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!!

Placed an order on 10 delivery was between 17h00 and 18h00, not delivered by 11@ 12h00, I called the support line and was told the groceries were sent back to the shop, for what reason, I DO NOT KNOW and neither did they bother to explain. I needed the stuff asap for my elderly sick aunt and cannot afford to buy again. Asked on 12 on the support email address how do I get my money back, no reply, asked again no reply asked for a third time and no reply, called multiple times and finally got through to *** who was going to transfer me to a manager, line went dead and no-one bothered to get back to me, no feedback given. I had to go back to the app and figure it out for myself how to get my money back. The most useless online store, no customer service at all. I will never use this shop again .They don't deliver your purchase nor give you a refund like 60/60 does and force you to purchase from their $#*! app again.! That is bull$#*!! I'm so annoyed! Very bad customer service, Pick n pay Asap is literally the worst grocery delivery app. If the app itself isn't glitching and not alerting a delivery time or allowing substitutions, then it's the struggle to get the store to deliver. refunds take 3-10days What nonsense is that? When you write an email, the replies are so slow. I'm so disappointed. I hope they will at least redeem themselves by return my money back cause I believe that can take months claiming backlog etc – I truly regret giving this app a TRY, sixty60 and woolies dash are the future!! PNPASAP WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!!!!!
