Worst Online Store ever!
I am not impressed, in fact I have now totally lost my sense of humor ! Purchased an item on P&P online which was supposed to be delivered between 15h00 and 16h00 yesterday. Guess what, it never arrived and no word from P&P as to why the delivery was not made. Phoned this morning and was promised it will be delivered between 9h00 and 11h00, guess what, yet again a no show! Phoned again and after holding on for 20 minutes + I was told they were trying to track the driver and would phone me back. Guess what, that call also never came. This was supposed to be a gift! I am disgusted in the service and will never ever make use of this online store again! Not amused at all! If you are not going to deliver my item then refund me immediately. I am so sick of this!
