Worst online shopping

On 29 November 2020 I have purchased from PnP Clothing Online. I specifically ordered two items with the rest of my items and already paid for by card for an event happening on the 19th that following December month , giving the order and delivery enough time before the event. So i thought...A week went by and still I have not received a confirmation email regarding my order. I had to follow up regarding this issue and it turns out they don't have some of the items in stock, they told me that they will be sending the rest of the items and will refund me the 2 items...A week later and I received my order as discussed per email. It is now 19 April 2021 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND, After several follow ups regarding my refund...they just don't care. I have never experienced such poor service and that from a local SA Store...They lack customer service and communication skills and yet they fail to repay your refund on items never received. They will never get my support again.
