Worst Online Shopping APP
The PnP App isn't user friendly on the phone and even online. I have purchase online so many times and I've never had a problem with add my details or purchase.
I am very disappointed with this APP clearly PnP was never ready for Online shopping.

I respond to you explaining my situation and I was promised a promo code for the items I lost out on because of your APP and Online Shopping that doesn't work because "Its overwhelmed". I had to follow up on the complaint because I wasn't happy that I was left hanging and the Customer Care Agent hung up on me.
I applaud you on Customer Care Service, it's a disappointment of note
