Pick n Pay Clothing online, the worst experience so far. Still waiting on a refund from a purshase in December 2022.

An Adrian Louw was the only one that rep**** in regards to the refund, and asked for my details to make a payment. But it has been weeks and no payment has been issued.
I really hope this will be finalized soon.

This is utter poor customer service.
Never in my life have I experience this total disregard. Pay back my money as soon as possible.
