Worst Online Platform and Customer Service
I placed an order for delivery on the 1st of December (I booked a delivery slot for the same day before 4pm). The payment was deducted from my account within an hour of placing the order. After it did not arrive on the 1st, I tried calling the customer care line. Held on for 30 minutes then decided to hang up. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Today is the 5th of December and still I have heard nothing and received nothing. I am highly disappointed and will never use their online services again!

05 Dec 2022, 14:58This is not good enough Pick n Pay. I received part order today after 11am, now I will wait for the refund of items not supp****. Surely a technical error on your site does not prevent someone from replying to my emails sent every day from the 2nd of Dec? Not good enough.
