Worst online delivery service ever

Would never recommend this service to anyone. Delivery supposed to be within an hour or a few. 26 hours later and I still don't have my order. If I want a refund then it will take up to 7 days to be returned. Yet it took minutes to take my payment. Customer service say they will call back and then they don't.
