Worst non-responsive service

What a terrible app and I can't really complain about service as I have received NONE! Order placed at 7:39 am for 8:30 - 9:00 am delivery...yet no delivery at all. No movement on app except to keep moving times. 2 emails sent with 0 response. Was on hold with call centre to speak to someone up to the point where all my minutes ran out... so now what? Must I just sit and hope that they decide to someday show up when items were ordered way in advance? Give me back my money so I can rather use Checkers service. Never have these issues there...
