Worst horrible service received

Good day

A very disturbing day I had, on the 06 Nov ‪2025 15‬:01pm I visited the pick n pay hyper store at wonderpark mall to buy groceries when I was about to pay, the amount that I had to pay for a certain item did not match the price tag I saw at the fridge the cashier called the supervisor Lesego, you could see with her approach that she's not friendly and gave an attitude I informed them I'm diabetic I was starting to feel dizzy the cashier kindly provided me with the chair, I sat for a moment and stood up and followed the supervisor when she approached the fridge she immediately took the price tag and left I followed her and I went straight to the till point waited 10-15 minutes for her to come back, she walked towards me with an angry face saying "can't you read"? I politely responded her and said I'm not feeling well I just pick it when I saw the price, she angrily said no I can't help you take it back. I was so devastated with her attitude unprofessionalism no sympathy how can such big company hire someone like her. Kindly take her for training and customer service if something could have happen to me in the shop I would hold her accountable so as the company for hiring such a pathetic employee with no morals
