WORST EXPIRIENCE PIC N PAY

Pick n Pay Hyper Brackenfell Cape Town, Worse service ever. I took my Skyworth TV inch for repair in August as it is under Warranty. No response for over a month. I had to google Skyworth and call them myself, only to find out they are saying they won't fix my TV as ****roaches have entered my tv and damaged the motherboard. DO NOT BUY TV's FROM SKYWORTH. Until now im waiting for my TV back. When I call supplier, they say the store need to request for the TV but they fail to do this. Stuff is clueless and lazy to assist. I went to the shop to speak to the manager of the repairs division no assistance just showed me pride and did not even attend to my queries. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPIRIENCE
