Worst experience with Pick n pay ASAP with driver Jeremie nduku

I used your pick n pay asap app yesterday and my order was accepted and one of your driversgave me the worst experience of this app.. He accepted the order and on app it said that my order has been collected and its on its way to me.. I called him and he was absolutely rude. I then went to the store after waiting so long for him to check what's going on ONLY, to find that my order wasn't picked up. I gave him a tip and also paid for delivery. I want my tip back and delivery fee since he didn't deliver my things. I am so disappointed.. Worst experience ever!!!
