Worst experience pick n pay woodmead

Had the worst experience ever with Pick n pay online shopping. I placed my order # ***with Pick n pay wood mead and delivery was for the 1st of December. I made a follow up on the 2nd of December and a lady by the name of Portia mentioned that the call Centre should have called me to inform me that the order was being delayed. This did not just mess my day but inconvenienced me as most of the stuff was for my niece birthday party on the 3rd of December.AS this was not enougn they brought my order with missing items. If it was out of stock i would understand but a whole lot of missing items missing. Phoned the call center and no one attended to me until my airtime ran out. Had another order cancelled # *** and with the e mail i received there had not included the total amount including the delivery i paid. On both orders have not received my refund for out of stock items and neither had anything from the shop regarding my missing items. This is **************** coming from a big shop like pick n pay.
