Worst experience of customer service

What bad customer service from pick n pay liquor boulders yesterday. I went in to just get me a bottle wine and there was only one cashier operating , the other one who has short blond hair left her till whilst people were in line to go to the shop (pick n pay store) , then it turned out that the lady who was there was stuck waiting on a supervisor who was first called by the security guard and did not come till the line become longer , so there was no one else to assist as as we waited for over 30 min for void , now the blond one walks in the store with another lady and the gentlemen behind me where trying to get her attention and ask her to open and help, she did not open her till instead turned a blind eye and walked out again of the store , leaving the long line . Everyone's comments were was if we are forcing people to come and do their work at at peek time they have one cashier operating .
