Worst experience ever with Pick n Pay ASAP

I ordered on ASAP on 2nd of March 2025. My order was not delivered. I opted for refund. I withdraw money from my wallet to my bank account. The money was never been paid to my bank account. I've called them they either don't pick up my calls or I would put on hold. Sill not a concrete response from them. On their emails they responded once asking for banking details, I gave them but still the money is not on my account. It's been a month now the money has not yet been deposited.
