Worst Experience ever
Placed an order for collection and when I got to the store I was told the order was not processed due to insufficient funds in my account. Was told by store personnel to call the customer care of their online shopping, when I called and talking to the consultant because I had to show the store personnel my account which showed that I had sufficient funds in my account for the order then another store personnel came and said that the funds reserved were less than the order amount and they were supposed to call me and notify me that they are going to adjust the funds in my account which did not happen. I then decided that the online order should be cancelled since I was at the store and I will then buy from the store and it was agreed. This happened on Saturday the 27th of June, then on Monday the 29th I got a call from someone at the Pick 'n pay store in Norwood wanting to confirm collection time of my order, I advised him that I was at the store on Saturday as the order was supposed to be collected on the day and the order was not ready so I asked that the order be cancelled. On the 01 July I noticed that the funds in my bank account were debited by Pick 'n pay, I contacted the call centre and was told that the funds will be reversed back in to my account. I then followed up on the 03rd of July and the consultant informed me that my request is showing that it's in progress and I would receive notification when it's resolved and only then would my refund be processed. In all of these I have to call Pick 'n pay using my airtime for their incompetence. The money used to purchase groceries in the store were to be used for other commitment and I used the funds because I knew that I had cancelled the order and the money will be released back into my account however now I have to wait until I don't know when for pick 'n pay to get their ducks in a row
