Worst experience ever
I ordered at PnP ASAP on December 02 2023, and I didn't receive any order number but there was money taken on my account. I've been busy calling PnP ever since and I have also sent proof. They will write emails that I will receive my refund but nothing even today. I don't know what to do anymore!
They don't even have customer service and they lie every time! Useless app ever. I was told that this happened because I used WI-FI!

25 Mar 2024, 11:07the matter hasn't been resolved yet. my bank doesn't see the money PnP is also saying another story and the money does show that it was out of my account. so i am tired of calling you guys and blaming my bank for the money not showing. but this made me not buy at PnP anymore, thank you very much for taking 2 months to reply too.
