Worst experience ever

I went shopping with my children at The Grove Pick n Pay Pretoria on the 22nd of May 2021.I lost my wallet and phone whilst doing my shopping which were in my bag. Apart from the frustration and the hurt i felt during the incident i was highly disappointed by the lack of assistance that i received from the staff. They did not care ,watched the footage without me then informed me they don't see anything or anyone taking anything from my bag and that the cameras were unclear. They did not even offer to take my details to give me feedback should something come up or a lead. I will never shop there again had the worst experience ever.
