Worst experience ever
Worst experience and customer service ever from the ASAP department and the Heidelburg store. How does an order take 24 hours to be delivered? I called to complain... it's another hour and a half later and the order still hasn't been delivered. No communication from the store. No apology for the delay and inconvenience. Absolutely no care in the world.

08 May 2025, 10:06Hello. I wouldn't say it was resolved. The service is just terrible. That order was delivered so late that I had to cancel my plans while waiting.
