Worst experience!

My order was supposed to be delivered between 14:00 - 14:30 they kept moving the times! I phoned the first time and was told that the driver is on his way they had no drivers available. After waiting I went back to the app and saw the time moved again then I phoned now I was told they are busy preparing the order when I told the consultant that I phoned earlier she changed and said the driver is actually leaving now. I was even willing to fetch this order myself, the drivers number was also going to voicemail. What goes right here?
