Worst Experience at Pick n Pay

At cashier 06 at 05:38 I had the worst experience I have ever had in any supermarket with the cashier just out of the blue giving me the most shocking reply.

I bought a few things from the store including onions, When handing the onions into my basket at the produce section I didn't see anyone around neither a scale so I figured they do the same as Fruit *****s Market where they have a scale at the cashier but I soon found I was very wrong.

Getting to the cashier I started to unpack my basket greeting the lady (Andiswa) when she didn't even greet me back. but I ignored that as I figured she's probably having a bad day as we all sometimes have. Then she saw there was not barcode on my onions and she asked me where is the barcode? I responded explaining I didn't see anyone there so I thought maybe she had a scale at the till, she doesn't say anything else and placed the onions on the table next to her so I left her thinking she's probably going to get a barcode or send someone but as all my things are almost finished scanned I asked her if she can't send the lady packing to get a price tag and ill pack, She then out of the blue responded with it's your job, shocked I stood back thinking I didn't listen probably so I responded "Pardon?" and she again said it's your job to that not mine go do it yourself. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do with myself as I was so angry. I Then saw two lady's wearing Pick n Pay uniform chatting so I explained what just happened and they asked a lady to please go get a barcode which was done.

giving the lady my card to pay I asked her name which I had to ask for four times and she rep**** Andiswa so I asked the other lady that was packing what's your name? she responded also Andiswa which is highly unlikely so I walked over to the manager and asked their names and she gave me their correct names.I'm not going to mention the other lady's name as she didn't do anything wrong.

but the lady that helped me her name was, in fact, Andiswa
