Worst Exchange policy at Pick N Pay clothing

Never ever buy clothes at Pick N Pay clothing. They DO NOT Have a return policy unless you return where you originally purchased your clothes even if you have a receipt. I drove to 2 Pick N Pay's clothing one in Willow Crossing Pretoria East & I was told to revert back to the original purchasing store 30 min away, also because the supervisor who could assist me "wanted to go" at 13:30 & she put no effort to assist me. Then I drove to Silverwater branch on Silverton PTA & just as I presented the item some lady with black & blonde cornrows rudely said we don't return here..go back to where you bought it. Bluntly & rudely so... I just walked out to then call their useless call center, spoke to a Nadia, who said I actually had to "return" the item back to the original purchasing store.. she wasn't even bothered, I told her I had spent R2500+ and not willing to drive around no more.. did she care? Huh..the only only saving light was a gentleman named Luxolo from the Parkview branch who put so much effort for me to finally be able to change it at the Hazeldean store... So @ pick n pay clothing of I had bought these at CPT would I be expected to fly back to exchange? What is your return/exchange policy? The only competent person was Luxolo the rest were rude and downright nasty 🚮 NEVER Purchase clothes from PICK N PAY clothing... EVER
