Worst Delivery Service ! Still waiting for some items!

I experienced the worst service and embarrassment. Placed an order with Bottles from Pick a Pay today. Placed order Thursday morning, Order #990343 (27 May 2021) Groceries and Liquor. Just after 13:00 were partial order received by my wife who informed me the driver told her the liquor ordered were not included and it will be delivered just a little bit later. Informed my wife wait till 16:00 in which I will escalate. 16:00 comes and no delivery. Got onto Bottles App, engage through chat and what a waste!!! I order the beer and wine as we had some family visiting and quest what nothing received!! Thanks for the embarrassment! Thanks Pick Pay !! Not even nothing the qty of items that had to be cancelled "Out of stock", don't advertise something if you cant supply - misleading customers. I have used 60/60 service from Checkers for months and what an absolute pleasure. Every time using Pick a Pay delivery service a mess. I hope everyone reading this review take my advice and stay away from PnP, they will let you down when you less expect it. Use Checkers great App, great service ! PnP don't phone me, don't entertain me ensure this items not received is refunded by COB tomorrow. You received payment immediately, I expect my refund immediately, keep your items. As an Executive in a national business can I honestly say you have lost a loyal customer. I will certainly make sure I share every bit of this experience with friends, family and colleagues. Stick to what PnP does best entertain customers in stores, stay away from delivery service and keep trailing behind your competitors you have no idea what's customer satisfaction!
