Worst delivery service in the Universe.

Bought groceries via app from your company and I cannot believe the inconvenience that created in my life. They were preparing my order from 15:30 and the delivery was scheduled to be between 17:30 and 18:00 and while i was waiting, they decide to change delivery date to between 11 and 12:00 the next day. Who is home at 11;00 during a work day and also if they are unable to deliver on the same day why do they give a time estimation? Now i'm stuck with all my money spent on groceries I don't have. I then spent an additional R56 buying airtime so I can buy airtime to call their contact centre to get assistance but I held until I ran out of airtime. Then certain when I check the app again, some items have been removed from my cart because they are out of stock them I must select replacements, for when because i need the groceries on the day i ordered them. Please refund my money. I'll be sure to use Checkers 60 next time. Your service is pathetic. sies.
