Worst delivery service I have ever used!

Honestly one of the worst online services I have ever used. You book a delivery time slot (and pay for it up front) then they don't deliver. When you speak to customer care, nobody assists you with answers just "We are so sorry to hear you are having a bad experience". No wonder they are closing their doors everywhere. I will NEVER make use of their services (or lack-of-services) again.
