Worst delivery service.

Pick n Pay ASAP has the worst app delivery service I've ever encountered. Not only is the app itself the poorest quality but this is the 5th or 6th time, I've ordered on the app only for my order not to arrive or arrive the next day or be stuck at the branch and no driver being sent out. There's no communication between the shop nor the app. I've even called customer service to which they only apologized. How do I buy groceries to make lunch but end up sitting whole day without my order only for it to arrive the evening or not at all. This is pathetic service. They deserve to be shut down. I will be taking matters further.
