Worst Delivery App ever!!!

I placed an order on the Bottles app at 08:37 and was informed my order would arrive at 12:00pm, at 13:00pm I was given 10min to replace all the items I ordered. I don't understand why they would advertise items they don't have stock of. The option of chatting to an agent doesn't work at all. There was no response and the refund process takes 3 to 5 days. Now that they are powered by Pnp it is the worst App ever!!!
