Worst delivery app
I made a purchase on the ASAP APP online and didn't receive the stock I ordered. Spike to many people at customer service and today they advised me that they sent a drive to collect the missing items. Keeping in mind that I have been disputing this since Monday, now 2 hours later there is no stock and no one can help me and that they are refunding me without offering a rain check or replacement products.
Now they not giving me any options and now I received a sms saying that they closing this query and I will wait for a refund. How does that work. I want the stock I ordered not the refund, and now no one is getting back to me

This is just utter nonsense, I have never experienced such lack of customer service, wow pick n pay.
All I want is the products that I ordered and then I will delete the app and not bother u guys again since I'm such a nuisance to your agents.

Great work pick n pay. I will surely screen shot everything and make it known how your customers are treated. You pride yourself on customer service but it seems that only applies to certain people.

03 Sept 2021, 17:00I'm still waiting for my refund its almost 20 days later and still nothing. Now your team us telling me its Bank dependent, it could take longer, what nonsense is that????? So 3- 10 is just a spit ball number, please refund my money so I can delete this useless app!!!!!!
