Worst deliver service ever

I used pick n pay asap for the first time and first I placed an order and paid everything then an hour later I get a message saying some of my order is out of stock so they now have to refund me over R1000 and it will take 6 to 10 days. Then they deliver 4 items short and my account is debited for the items that are short. I send an email as the call centre is closed. The next day no feedback till I phone at 12h00pm. The response is the store says they did go according the receipt and it is between the packer or the driver where the items went missing. So this now makes it my problem. Ridiculous I Will not recommended anyone use pick n pay the Glen at all. Appalling service
