Worst customer service from Pick'nPay

I wen't to return an item at *Pick'nPay* @baracity (blackchain), got the worst customer service from them. When i arrived at the store i asked the security guard where can i exchange an item, she pointed me to a lady by the name of (LUCKY) when i got to her i explained that i bought a box of JOKO thinking it was tea bags inside only to find out that it wasn't TEA BAGS inside but it was a LOOSE TEA in the same box that looks like tea bags to me. After explaining that to her, she rudely told me that i cant exchange that item, you could see that she is undermining me, i asked why not, because i still have the RECEIPT with me and yes i only opened the box not the packet inside and thats how i saw that i bought the wrong item, because i could feel that it is not tea bags inside. She then said to me she's going to call the store mananger i waited patiently for +-30mins hoping that i will get help, to my suprise she brings one of the staff member by the name of (Charmaine) she also rudely told me that they wont exchange the item for me and they jst stood there, but then i ask them again that i need to speak to the store mananger since they both can't help me. Then Charmaine **** and told me that the store mananger is busy at the back but she will go and call him for me and they walked away. I waited again for the mananger to come, to my suprise again she comes with another staff member by name of (ELLIJAH) who pretended to be the store mananger, he didn't ask any questions he just said in my face "WE WON'T EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR YOU" without explaining, with everyone watching, even other customers looking at them causing a scene. it felt like they didn't care about me and what i came there for. All they wanted was to get rid of me. I was hoping to see the actual store mananger but unfortunately i left the store without seing him or getting help. This was the worst ever service i've got in my life from Pick ' n Pay i wouldnt advice anyone to go at that store.
