Worst customer service
Sies security guys from pick and pay liquor in Woodmead are very rude shame after buying this guy ask for my slip then I say haibo bhuti but tell me why do you need to check if everything I purchased is on the slip cause you saw me paying for everything mos cause the till is not far from the guards other shops don't do this now you make it seem like I stole something the way you doing it tjooo that guard just went off me about how he didn't ask me to come and buy at their store and that I should go and buy some where else if, cause he didn't put a sign saying I must come in and buy from pick and pay tjoo the way he was so rude and spoke me was way out of line shame really didn't expect it

16 Oct 2020, 12:24What made me angry is the fact that he said I should go and buy somewhere else cause he didn't ask me to come and buy at their store wow and the fact that other people were not checked the way he was checking my trolley it was going to be understandable if he checked every customer that walked out that instead of making me feel like a ***** then tell me to go and buy somewhere else cause he didn't put up a sign saying I must come and buy at pick and pay

07 Dec 2020, 13:16What is wrong with your staff kanti today the cashier(Idah Mugabe) that helped me was very rude she even threw me with my smart shopper card I even paid way more than what I was suppose to pay, the treatment the casheirs in your pick and pay woodmead store treat customers is very unprofessional they make me wish I never came to that store they do not respect customers they lack customer service
