Worst customer service experience ever received

I have been begging for my money back from they asap bottles app as my order was canceled by a clever idiot on the 10th of Dec, after fighting,begging and crying for so long i was told that my refund was processed on the 23rd of Dec 2021 and it would take 10days to be paid into my account. Till now am still waiting woth noting to show for it. I have emailed, called, send msgs on Twitter and i get empty promises. I have been given such horrible service that it had left the worst taste in my mouth about they customer service. I want my hard earned money back and i will stop using or going to anything associated with Pick n Pay.
