Worst customer service experience

My order was delivered with missing items by PIck n pay ASAP on Saturday night and was charged for the items. I have tried to call the customer care line and option 3 to speak to a consultant does not go through. I also sent numerous emails and no response from a human since.

Worst customer service. I need the items or refund
