Worst customer service ever in a picknpay store

Very disappointed in the service from picknpay diepsloot chuma mall. Im not sure whether good customer service is only deemed a necessity for companies in the suburbs and people in the locations are deemed an unnecessary nuisance but this has to stop. I have just been in picknpay and I tried to use my smart shopper card and this was denied by the cashier. I then asked for the supervisor and the lady by the name of Portia came in and told me because my smart shopper is on the app on my phone they can't accept it because picknpay decided these are full of *****.. What nonsense is this? I put my card on my phone because I don't always carry my wallet and this is the treatment I get from a supervisor who's not even interested in my complaint and tells me I can call whoever if I don't believe her
