Worst customer service ever at Pick n Pay fleurdal.

Most unprofessional customer service in Pick n Pay Fleurdal Bloemfontein. I will never shop there again. I bought a chicken flatty today 1 November 2025. Only to realize when we braai that ****en chicken is not eatable with a bad ****ing smell. At 07h40 rush back to the store to take it back. At the shop I ask for manager. There Imust wait for the manager because they do not know where is the manager. The manager only say sorry and refund. What the **** who said I want refund. Then the one lady said donI want to buy something else. I went to the butchery side and check for something. I ask can they make me a smaller pack of lamb tjops because earlier when I bought the chicken there was lamb pack for 100. I was told that they can not do it because it is braai lamb tjop and the ones there is normal tjops. What the **** is the difference. Then I want to take pork rashers and that was also expired and put it the **** back. Then I took pork Texan steak which the price is a little more with R40 than the flatty. They will not say give him discount because it is more to say sorry. They also took my plastic bag with rotten chicken and does not give me a bag back when I paid for the pork and I paid for that ****en plastic bag. Be aware to buy at the butchery there you will be treated like **** like they not really sorry. I will never buy there again.
