Worst customer service ever

Just experienced the worst customer service from Pick n Pay Eyethu Mall in Orange Farm. I was shopping with my friend and when I got to the till my tyme bank card which I use to collect smart shopper point wasn't working so I decided to download the app and make a smart shopper card replacement. I was directed to Pick n Pay Liquor Store and I spoke to a young lady by the name of Naledi. The lady never even greeted me, she was rude and took my phone from my hand and fiddled with it without even politely asking. After she game me a smart shopper card and my phone back and the app said the very same new card she just gave me was blocked. I'm certain that she did not know what she was doing. She looked very sleepy and was never friendly even to other customers. She was only alive when she was chit chatting with her colleague Palesa. Right at the door when I realized the Naledi blocked the card, I returned to the store only to be shouted by Palesa telling me " Naledi told you to wait mos she will sort it out". I have never felt so humiliated in front of other customers, I'm assuming I was being discriminated because of my petite structure. I felt so bad I even left the new card that Naledi blocked at the till and was not offered a new card. I never wanna buy at Pick n Pay Orange Farm Eyethu mall.
