WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I'm writing this review today to express my disgust in the type of customer service I received at Pick n Pay Strand Street. I returned my AIM kettle on Saturday which had a broken lid, & carries a 2 year guarantee I was told that they will send it for repairs and I will need to follow up after a month.REALLY ARE YOU ****ING SERIOUS??? I want my money back, and not to be told to wait 3 months. This kettle cost me R399.I also want the contact information for the Ombudsmen for Pick n Pay
