worst customer service ever

I'm utterly disgusted with the service i received from Pick n Pay Maponya Mall yesterday, the treatment we received from Hlamalani Mathete was disgusting, NO GREETING, NO THANK YOU, THE ONLY WORD THAT CAME OUT OF HER MOUTH WAS "PLASTIC" my sister you seriously need to go on customers service training clearly you don't belong there you've chosen a wrong career path, your manager should send you for psychiatrist assessment , nobody that deals with customers behaves the way you did it's unacceptable you are not doing anyone a favor sisi, there' lot of people who are looking for employment and you are occupying the space.
