WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER😡😡

I ordered from the asap Pick n pay App for them to deliver after 2 hours by the lady called hlobisile then when I received the parcel I was given the wrong parcel and had to call the store only to be told to return the parcel myself and after reporting this I was the whos suppose to keep on calling the store to know what is the way foward with this issue because I urgently needed this but instead an hour before the store closes they said someone will bring the correct parcel after half an hour I tried calling the store and no one picked up ....so the DAVEYTON asap service takes 4hours for a customer to get the correct Parcel😡😡
