Worst customer service by Lee Anne,Vanessa and elton

On the 29th of May i was at pick n pay in kenilworth centre and like I always do. .I wanted 2 pay at the customer service desk and Lee Anne was assisting there but for some reason I was not allowed 2 pay there . .me being very confused asked ha y not because I always do pay there. .without even having the decency to look us c gave me thee most disrespectful answer c could give telling me c doesn't owe me an explanation. .I complained 2 Vanessa who btw is just as useless and couldn't even get a staff member who is underneath ha 2 apologize 2 a paying customer ended up calling Elton who was even more useless and both of dem combined . .rather gave me an area managers email address who never even have the decency 2 reply 2 the email I send him to this day.i haven't set foot in that store ever again and I would advise ppl not to.if u want good service. .rather go to checkers coz u won't get it at pick n pay
